VegasTotalAccess is not responsible for lost or stolen products and/or tickets. There are no refunds, cancellations or changes to ticket and/or tour orders. For events and tickets with validity dates, tickets will not be replaced or exchanged prior to or after the expiration date or event date for any reason. Please note that some event tickets must be ordered in association with a specific shipping/handling method to ensure a timely and secure delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges - Due to our special direct connection interface and contractual obligations with shows, nightclubs and tours, we are required to adhere to strict refund policies and procedures: 1-There are no refunds or name changes under any circumstances. 2- Weather, Illness, or any other emergencies do not reflect a change in our no refund - no exchange policy. 3- For products that require shipping only (and e-ticketing is not available), the shipping option is your choice and if you do not receive your package before your vacation, regardless of expiration dates, we are not responsible for the US Postal Service, Federal Express or United Parcel Service. 4- Errors and omissions on behalf of VegasTotalAccess.com will be handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 10 % restocking fee.

Wrong Address - Please note that we are not responsible for customers who provide us with the wrong delivery address. No refunds or exchanges will be provided if the result of an incorrect address is a lost package. Once orders are placed, any address changes incur a minimum $15.00 change fee, which you hereby authorize by making a purchase on this site, and VegasTotalAccess will automatically charge you this amount without additional notification.
